iPad app shuts down when im trying to open my file

App was working fine like3 hrs ago. I tried opening my file to keep working on it but its crashing everytime im trying to open that specific file. I worked hard on it and i do not want to lose it. Can someone help me?

Is there a prefs file on the iPad version? I don't know. But, if there is, Quit Illy, delete the prefs file, restart Illy, open your file. If it doesn't open, it's toast*.

*Plan B (only available in 21st Century US states and world nations), try opening it in a fully supported application on your computer, be it Illy, or Acrobat/Distiller.

You cannot access any system kind of stuff on an iPad unless you install some hack kind of system on it.

You might have seen that Anshul has already responded to this post. The engineers are able to sometimes solve these issues.

Can you see the contents of the file in assets.adobe.com?

What's in the file?

Did you already try and shut down the iPad and then reboot it?
