merging

every time i merges any objects in a design the color and any detail in the design disappears can someone help me with this?

Sorry to hear about the trouble you are facing. Would you mind sharing a few details along with the ones asked above by @Ares Hovhannesyan and @Myra Ferguson:

  • The exact version of OS & Illustrator
  • Is this happening in a specific file or all?
  • Does pressing cmd + e/ ctrl + e helps?
