No Longer Able to Use Illustrator

So I have a school plan through Adobe that allows me to use Illustrator, Photoshop, Lightroom, and InDesign. However, one day my Illustrator crashed and no longer let me open or use the app on my personal computer. I am supposed to be able to have access to it on 2 devices, however, I lost complete access to illustrator and now It's saying I have to pay for it, even though it is included in my school plan.

Hi @Alayna28654646aag4 make sure you are logged in with your school email, not social media or another email.

This page can help resolve the trial mode showing up when you try to log in.

https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/kb/stop-creative-cloud-trial-mode-after-purchase.html

If this does not help, as @Monika Gause pointed out you'll need to contact your Schools account admin for the Adobe plan.

Hello @Alayna28654646aag4,

Sorry to hear about this experience. Would you mind sharing the email address that you have used for your Creative Cloud subscription? Also, kindly share the crash report by following the steps shared in this help article (https://helpx.adobe.com/illustrator/kb/crash-next-steps.html). While submitting the report, kindly use the same email as your Adobe ID, add notes, and share it here so we can locate it quickly.

Looking forward to your response.

Thanks,

Anubhav

Is there an IT coordinator that manages your school plan access? They would be the first person to contact and get help.

But you can also contact Customer Care. They are the only ones that can help you with account issues. https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html the chat is in the bottom right. You need to be logged into your account and your browser needs to allow popups.
