Al abrir documentos en el ilustrator me sale el panel "opciones de importación de texto" que no me salía nunca y cuando abro dejando por defecto lo que sale en el panel, porqué no sé que tengo que clicar, se me abre el documento blanco, sin nada. Como puedo desactivar este panel? O que tengoque hacer para que se me abra todo bien?

Sorry to hear about this experience. As suggested by Monika, the file might be corrupted and that's why Illustrator is unable to open the file.
