PDF not retaining backgrounds or elemetns when I export with Illustrator v27.4.1

When I export a PDF from my ai file it's exporting without the gradient background, fonts and other elements.

Have you inadvertantly placed objects on layers that are set to not print or are assigned as template layer?

And all layers are visible in Illustrator?
