Problème enregistrement Illustrator et Photoshop

Bonjour,

je rencontre régulièrement un problème d'enregistrement ou d'exportation dans Illustrator et Photoshop, la fenetre d'enregistrement ne s'affiche pas et le raccourci ne focntionne pas alors que d'autres oui. Ce n'est pas pemanent mais ça revient régulièrement.

Imac 24 M1 2021, 16 GO, OS Monterey 12.2.1

I want to inform you that there was a known issue with saving and exporting in Adobe apps on macOS Monterey last year. To resolve this issue, it is recommended to upgrade your macOS to version 12.3.1 or later.

 

Please ensure that you have updated your macOS to the latest version and then try saving or exporting again in Illustrator and Photoshop. If the problem persists, please let us know, and we'll be happy to assist you further.

Is the Adobe Cloud App up & running? Your OOBE may be corrupted, when save is gone ro taking long to come up.

 

OOBE RESET MAC  

  1. Quit the Creative Cloud desktop app  (100% you must do this)
  2. The \Users\<user folder>\Library\ is hidden by default for macOS 10.7 and above. Option click on the GO in the mac finder to reveal the Library folder.
  3. /Users/<user folder>/Library/Application Support/Adobe/OOBE
  4. Delete all the files within the OOBE folder, but do not delete the folder itself.

Merci pour cette réponse, j'ai mis à jour mon OS et tout fonctionne beaucoup mieux.
