Conversion of a Word file with a bookmark to a PDF
Does not convert the signs and displays them confused and out of place

What exactly does this have to do with Illustrator? You need to explain better and provide screenshots and info on the details. Does the PDF even look correct in Acrobat? Can the Word file be placed in InDesign and produces correct results there?
