I cannot replicate the issue. It is possible that the plug-in is missing. You may need to re-install Illustrator.

    Can you give more information as to what version of Illustrator and what operating system that you are using? Also is this happening on all documents or just one inparticular? I cannot duplicate the problem so please supply as much information as possible.
