Saving files issue

Hello!
While trying to save a file in Illustrator, the save window appears to be frozen and not responding. How to resolve this issue?

Sorry to hear about this experience. I hope the suggestions shared by Monika helped resolve the trouble you had saving files in Illustrator. If not, kindly try running Illustrator under a different administrator account and check if it helps.

Please tell us your version and system.

Exactly where are you trying to save the file? Does it work when you save on the local disk?

Is it "Save as" or any of the other save/export options?

Does it only happen with a certain file?

I'm using OS Monterey - M1 Pro, and Illustrator 2023.
I'm saving the file on my Mac.
Save and saving as windows are both not working, Tho I can only save over an old file on my system by clicking 'Command + S'.

Does Illustrator have full disk access?
