Saving Window Unclickable (Error sound)

Question

Hello, I am on windows 10 using Illustrator 2023.

I want to save a file I have worked on, but the saving window that popped up is not showing up properly. My window manager and my task manager tell me I only have my file window open on Illustrator, and no saving window. If I click on anything, I have an error sound.

I have also tried to close and relaunch Illustrator, but nothing happens. Any idea on how to solve this?

Hi, think this is a bug if this is not solving try to install the 2021 version and check if your file is open and you want to save copy and paste as a smart object in photoshop and save it as PSD it will auto open when you double on it in illustrator...regards
