Hello, I am struggling to make a pattern brush from this embroidery without getting the unwanted spaces in the brush.

Is this possible with this shape? How can one determine where the pattern needs to begin and end?

You need to make an invisible rectangle that defines where the tiles are repeated. The rectangle needs to be behind the artwork.
