When i go on Illustrator it comes up with this system compatibility error, it says unsupported video driver. My illustrator is up to date. Does anyone know how to fix this?
Hi sorry for the delay, that NVIDIA help article doesn't work for me, when i right click i don't get those options. And I'm a bit lost about the AiSniffer file. Is there any way to call or something? Im slightly lost
You can find out the version of the NVidia graphics card driver installed in your computer by launching the GeForce Experience app.
The app will either be visible on its own in the Windows Start menu or it will be inside an NVidia Corporation folder in the Start Menu. When opening the app there will be two tabs in the upper left corner: "Home" and "Drivers." Click on the Drivers tab. You'll see a "Check for Updates" button on the upper right corner. The latest NVidia Studio driver is currently version 565.90 (released on Oct 15, 2024).
The "AISniffer" file can be found in C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Illustrator 2024\Support Files\Contents\Windows
