Text suddenly behaving weird

Hi!

Suddenly, from one day to another, I can't see, enter or edit text in Illustrator.

I have no idea how to proceed...

Can this be a bug or have I unknowingly changed some setting?

After rebooting, the issue was resolved.

Which version, system and language is it?

Which fonts? All of them?

Existing files or new files?

Did you update Illustrator? Installed a plugin? Installed a font manager?

Did you already reboot the system? Reset the preferences (which will erase all your settings)?

I'm glad that it could be resolved so easily. That spares everyone of us a tom of time.

If you do not reboot your computer regularly, I would start doing that now. Desktop (and laptop) system are not made for 24/7.
