The illustrator 2022 program is distorting the figures

Hello everyone,

 

I am sending the 2 figures first in illustrator and second in photoshop.

The figure in illustrator lost information and was distorted my figures.

Can someone give me some help to fix it?

What application is used to generate the items? What are the file types you open in each app?

I am plotting with ggplot in R to PDF. The Acrobat doesn't appear the distortion. I open the PDF in Photoshop without distortion and Illustrator where the distortion happens. What happens is a point flip and causes the inversion of the figure.
