UX in Adobe Illustrator

Hi!

I am not sure I have a question but rather a complaint that I would like to know where to send to. When Adobe creates different workspaces in various programs it got easier to set up your own space etc - which I really like. But as an educator in these programs I cannot wrap my head around WHY the Essentials hides some functions? I get that the screen should be clean and easy for a beginner but it is also pretty unexplainable where things are hidden. Essentials also hides details in the control bar which makes it really difficult to use. Can you please change this?
