Warp Text in Illustrator

First one shows correct image. And second one shows distorted image. Why does distorted image come?

Couple of issues with that.

1. There is an unnecessary path in this.

2. Your objects are not grouped.

Text cyan and text dark teal need each be grouped. Then make the blend. That one path needs to be deleted.
