When import EMF files in illustrator prompt "The operation cannot complete because of an unknown“

In the Windows system, I created a graph in Graphpad and used the EMF+ option in Graphpad to export the EMF picture. It looked like it called Gdiplus.dll for drawing, but when it was imported to AI, it prompted "The operation cannot complete because of an unknown". But this picture can be displayed normally in PowerPoint. I had compared the Gdiplus.dll used by GraphPad, PowerPoint and AI at runtime is same one. It is speculated that there may be a problem when AI calls Gdiplus.dll. Can someone help me locate this bug?
