Can't open my indesing files

Hi everybody, I need your help, Indesing is refusing to open any document. Even when I restart the app.

And I have the same message for every files.

If the files are on a Onedrive, Dropbox or other cloud service folder be sure they're available locally and not just in the cloud. InDesign can time out waiting for these files to download on demand.

Où sont stockés les fichiers ? En local ? Sur un serveur ? 

Si c'est en local, la première chose à faire est de réinitialiser les préférences. Il faut relancer l'application tout en appuyant simultanément sur Maj, Ctrl, Alt et Cmd jusqu'à l'apparition du message demandant confirmation.

Si les fichiers sont sur un serveur, il y a peut-être des problèmes de droits.

Also, check if these are valid files, they could be shortcuts or corrupted somehow. You could do the following

  • Check if there are any files with the extension idlk, placed next to these files. If so then delete it and try opening
  • Transfer these files to anothe computer and see if they open. This was you will be able to identify if the files have any problem
  • Check the size of the files, is it too small or large This could give an indication if these are corrupted

First, you may want to post the English translation of the message. Also, what are your exact versions of InDesign and macOS? When did the problem start - can you associate it with any changes/updates in your software or hardware?
