Change prices in catalog automaticaly with excel sheet

Dear community, I'm looking for a way I can update prices on a catalog I designed linking it to an excel sheet. Is there a way I can do this? The process is otherwise very manual and I loose lots of time everytime we have to make price adjustments. 

I'll leave an example image of one page on the catalog, it has hundreds.

Thanks to show us:

 

• the ID sample in "normal view" showing "hidden chars",

• the corresponding Excel data line.

 

I would say: maybe just 1 click!
