Creating a hyperlink or cross reference?

Hi all! My head is spinning trying to figure this out.

I have a report I'm creating. I have an Appendix with details. So on certain pages, I want to say "See Appendix, page 27 for details." But... page 27 keeps changing.. as I have to add and remove pages periodically. So I want that page number to be linked to the actual page... despite the changing of the page numbers. So would that be a hyperlink? Or would it be a cross reference? This report will be an interactive PDF as well as printed... so I want the page number to be on there, not just text. But I can't quite figure out how to make this happen. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Cross-reference can change page numbers in his "links" according to changes in the document.
