I browse the forum in search of a solution and I see that the problem was already described in 2017.
The solution is to disable in the GPU options.

Actually, why should I turn it off?

If this option is in InDesign, why should I disable it?
Is it not working and Adobe has not been able to solve this problem for six years?

Yes, the problem has been there for a long time. No, it hasn't been fixed.

I'm not sure what else you want to hear; nobody here can do anything about it and it's reasonably clear it's either difficult or impossible to fix on all systems.
