Document size changes after export (Indesign/Pdf)

Hey,

I  export a document (size: A4, 210 mm x 297 mm) like I always did. But this time I have a very strange issue - if I check the size of the pdf document it isn't A4 anymore but 221,9 mm x 285,4 mm instead.
What can I do to solve this problem? I tried to ask the support (phone & chat) but no one answered my question.

Correct answer sarahkoester

cinziamarotta I found my mistake! I had to use the "Seitenwerkzeug" (see screenshot attached Idk the english word for it) because there "letter" was set up instead of A4 - don't know how that happened but thank you anyway!

Hei.

I had same problem. But my bleed settings were 0px.

I solved it by exporting it in .JPG set lower resulution.

Addes a screenshot with export settings.

this size is Letter size with 3 mm bleed around (215,9 + 6 and 279,4 + 6). Are you sure that your document settings are the same as you have usually?

Hi,

Are you sure your document format is A4? 221,9 mm x 285,4 mm is the letter format + 3mm bleeds...

What pdf preset did you set exporting from InDesign?
