fehlender erforderlicher parameter "from" für methode "open"

Liebe Community

Ich habe vor ein paar Tagen diverse Daten von einer "alten" externen HD auf eine neue SSD-Harddisk kopiert. Seit heute kann ich leider keine InDesign-Dokumente mehr von dieser neuen HD öffnen, weder in Bridge noch direkt im Finder. Es kommt die Fehlermeldung:

fehlender erforderlicher parameter "from" für methode "open"

 

Wenn ich das InDesign-Dokument auf den Schreibtisch kopiere, lässt es sich wie gewohnt öffnen.

 

Woran liegt das? Was kann ich tun?

In den Systemeinstellungen>Sicherheit&Datenschutz>Datenschutz hier unter allen Menüpunkten wo es die Adobe-Programme zu sehen sind, sind da die Haken drin?

Weiteres: wie ist diese SSD formatiert? Ist irgend ein Schutz aktiv?

Danke für deine Antwort! Die Haken waren vorher nicht gesetzt, habe dies nun aber gemacht und auch den Mac neu gestartet. Funktioniert immer noch nicht.

Die SSD ist exFAT formatiert und einen Schutz kann ich nicht ausfindig machen. Ich kann auf die SSD speichern (auch InDesign-Files) und alle anderen Formate lassen sich öffnen (PSD, TIFF, PDF etc.). Nur InDesign zickt rum.

Wenn ich in InDesign bin und über das Menü "öffnen" ein Dokument von der SSD öffne, klappt es. Nur aus der Bridge und vom Schreibtisch aus geht es nicht.

Gut dass du es nun gelöst hast, aber eine Frage: gibt es einen Grund für exFat? Musst du diese Platte auch unter Windows benutzen? Wenn nicht würde ich es ganz normal als Apple File System (APFS) formatieren!

Hi @simoneugster,

  • How are you trying to open the files, is it double click or using the menu option File>Open?
  • Which version of InDesign/MAC are you using?
  • Is the drive mounted onto the MAC or is a network drive?
  • Does InDesign have access to this drive?
  • Can you create a new InDD file on this drive?

Hi Manan

Thank you for coming back to me. It's strange:

Opening a file when in InDesign (menu - open) works. Doubleclick on the file in Bridge or Desk does not work. Opening the file in Bridge using the right click (file - open) does also not work.

It only affects InDesign files. Other formats (tiff, jpg, pdf etc.) work fine.

I can create a new file and save it to this drive. But then I can't open it from Bridge or Desk.

I'm on the Mac Studio Ultra with Monterey 12.4. and the newest version (Creative Cloud member).

The drive (LaCie) is mounted onto the mac.

 

I really can't find out where the problem is… Do you?
