Frame will not align with table

I am going mad. Tried fit content, will just have it offset like shown above. Every table I create in this document acts this way. If I drag the left frame line, it'll shift the whole table over.

    Tables in a text frame are treated as a single character. If you have a paragraph style assigned check for indents. Also check the frame insets and the text alignment.

    When your text frame is selected, double click it to get the text cursor active. Does it show a left indent in the control panel? If so set it to “0”. Make sure that when nothing is selected there is a value of “0” in that field.
