Highligts and comments on Adobe share not showing in the right place

Hi, I am sharing an Indesign project in Adobe share. Whenever I highlight and comment on something, my colleague sees the highlights in a completely different place than where I placed it in the document online. Same thing on his highlights. Any way to fix this bug?

Does the colegue open the file in Acrobat as only Acrobat is able to show all PDFs correct.

Do you use the markers delete, insert, replace which will be exactly on the same place or others like these bubles and other comments which are not bound to an exact position?

The colleague opens the file through the "share for review" online link. Then, online, we can highlight and comment.

The version of InDesign and the Operating System.
Is this happening with a specific file or multiple files?
Have you tried this in a different browser?

Hi, I am up to date with version 17.3. I am only sharing one file at the moment, so I do not know if it is happening on multiple files. I have not tried in a different browser than chrome,
