Open first and second PDFs in Acrobat Pro and move pages (drag&drop from pages pallete) from 2nd to first and then save, then 3rd to first and save. It works. 

I really don't understand why Adobe don't do support of PDFs with big size by many years. I used to do many PDFs with movies and 3d-models and this restriction drive me bananas.

indeed, a 2GB InDesign file is rather unusual.

Do you say, that you cannot export to PDF because there is some error message with the export?

Or does the export "never" end? Will it help to export pages in ranges of 5 or 10 instead of the whole document?

Assumption:

If your layout document contains a lot of image data that is not placed and linked, but just copied over from the clipboard to the pages, then you'll likely end up with a damaged layout document. Or a document you'll cannot manage anymore.

There's no specific limit. Please treat this as a specific problem, not a limit, and post details. (People will say there is no reason for InDesign files sized so large though, and advise you to fix this as it could make all sorts of problems).
