How to get rid of red text boxes?

I have opened up this file in InDesign and these red text boxes are all over the place and won't go away. How do I solve this? They are still present when I export the document to pdf which is the annoying thing. Images attached for reference.

    Looks like you bought a template with instructions as part of the file. Look on the master parent pages or a layer containing them.
