How to place SVG in image frame in 2018 version?

Hi all,

I'm facing below issue Could anyone able to help me with this. 

I can able to place SVG in 2021 version and not able to place in 2018 , While placing SVG in image frame it's converting to text frame? How Can I resolve this issue ? In 2018 version how can I place SVG using image frame.

Placing SVG files has been possible only from 2020 version.
