InD 2023 ME Mac (18.3): Issue in footnote when it is exceeding 9

The issue is present in InDesign 18.3 (tested) and still not resolved.

The font is Adobe Naskh and alike...

I attached a document showing the footnote's issue and comparing it with the same sentence.
