Some troubleshooting tips are also given in the following article, you can try those as well

Hi @jan-e-man,

Sorry to hear that you're experiencing crashes with InDesign after the latest update. Here are a few things you can try to troubleshoot the issue:

  • Try Restarting your machine, sometimes a restart can help you resolve the issue.
  • Reset InDesign preferences: Resetting InDesign preferences can resolve many issues. Hold down the Option + Command + Shift keys while launching InDesign. You'll be prompted to confirm if you want to reset the preferences.
  • Try disabling any recently installed fonts or remove any corrupt fonts from your system.

Let us know if the above steps didn't help. We'll be happy to assist you further.

Thanks,

Harshika

Hi @HARSHIKA_VERMA,

I could not find the Plugins option under Preferences as you directed. Is this a new setting or did you mistype it for some other application like PS.

Hi @Manan Joshi,

I appreciate the correction. Yes, I mistakenly shared the settings for Photoshop, as the plugin option is available under Preferences in Photoshop.

Thanks,

Harshika
