InDesign 2023 Crashes on PC when opening a file and just opening the app alone

Recently updated InDesign to 2023 and it doesn't open on a PC running windows 11. Anyone else having this problem?

It was crashing and now it is working. I needed to restart my computer about 3-4 times. Then I gave up. Started editing a video in Premiere, finished that then tried to open the file and it worked. To answer your question it wasn't opening when clicking on the file and when just trying to open the application. But it works now. Thanks for your response.

Does it crash just for this file or for every file?

Are you able to create a new file?

Where is this file saved, your hard disk or external drive or network drive?
