InDesign 2024 glitches

InDesign 2024 for desktop is a mess. Scrolling almost impossible. Can't create a text box and type in it (have to copy an existing text box and replace its text). Working on a large file (formatting a book layout), and so worried about corrupting the file, I've closed it -- afraid to 'discover' what else isn't working. And I have a publishing deadline this weekend. As an Adobe CC subscriber, I don't expect delays on providing fixes. Help!

    Just install previous version.

    Similar problems. Also doesn't allow text replacement from a third-party app like aText for expanding abbreviations. (Which is working on other apps, so not a Secure Input problem.)

    Sounds like you upgraded to Sonoma. Try installing the 14.1 update.
