InDesign doesn't open any projects

Hi, 

Unfortunately I can't create a new project or open a previous one in InDesign. It doesn't give a specific notification, it just doesn't open or do anything. My mebership is active and paid, but I can't use it this way. Does anyone know how to deal with this?
