indesign freezing

The app suddenly stopped working two days ago. I uninstalled it more than once and re-installed it but to no avail. It stops when I try to open it and it does not change. I tried installing other virgins but to no avail.
At first, it stuck on executing startup services
Now it is stuck on starting up service registry
I restarted my laptop and try again and again and its still not working
