Indesign publish online thumbnail not displaying in Facebook - only shows a blank page

Could anyone please help me? 

 

Problem: Indesign publish online cover image not displaying in Facebook - only shows a blank page.
I have tried letting InDesign select the default thumbnail; I've alternatively selected a specific page for the thumbnail, and I've also tried uploading a specific image for the thumbnail. In all cases, the thumbnail does not show when sharing to Facebook from Chrome. (I am using the most recent, updated version of Indesign and Win10 64bit PC.)

Not sure why it happens - I think we had this before if you search the forums you might find the answer.

 

From what I remember was the solution was to add the thumbnail image manually.

@Anna30303623g4ve, I wonder if running the URL through the Facebook Sharing Debugger would help you identify the problem? https://developers.facebook.com/tools/debug/. Maybe worth a try?
