Hi we bought the package from a seller that sadly do not want to give us tecnical support

We are trying to install the apps like lightroom and after effects, but we can't

Creative Cloud is available by subscription only directly from Adobe. If somebody sold you a "package" it sounds like it was not legitimate in the first place. You can try contacting Adobe Customer Care at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html to see if there is any chance that what you bought was legitimate. They will also be able to help you get a legitimate version.

Actually that is the only way to buy packages for schools

please chack before you say things like - it sounds like it was not legitimate

What kind of technical support do you want and are unable to get? Did you buy the package from an Adobe authorised reseller? Did you try reaching to Adobe support? Do you get any errors? Give us more information to work with so that we can suggest something that helps you
