Bonjour,

Après avoir suivi les instructions d’Adobe, j’ai installé un dictionnaire suppémentaire (latin pour français), les trois fichiers (/Applications/Adobe InDesign 2023/Resources/Dictionaries/LILO/Linguistics/Providers/Plugins2/AdobeHunspellPlugin.bundle/Contents/SharedSupport/Dictionaries/la_FR/hyph_la_FR.dic; .../la_FR.aff; .../la_FR.dic) dans un répertoire la_FR et ajouté la ligne correspondante (<string>la_FR</string>) dans les trois rubriques correspondantes de /Applications/Adobe InDesign 2023/Resources/Dictionaries/LILO/Linguistics/Providers/Plugins2/AdobeHunspellPlugin.bundle.

À la première utilisation de inDesign, tout fonctionne crorrectement. Mais après avoir éteint le Mac, puis l’avoir relancé et utilisé à nouveau inDesign, celui-ci perd la faculté de corriger l’orthographe et le placement des césures dans toutes les langues; et inDesign devient très lent, même pour mettre du texte en italiques.…

Est-ce un bug, ou une erreur de mise en œuvre de ma part ?

Hi @Pascal_G , Not sure if this is related to your problem, but Language is a character level property, and the spell checker considers the language assigned to each word. So here I have Dynamic Spelling turned on an there are no errors in this text, which has all of its characters set to English USA:

 

If I select all of the text and change its Language to French, most of the text shows spelling errors. If you select your text and check the Character panel’s Language drop down is your installed language in the list?

 

I don’t have much experience with adding dictionaries or languages, so maybe someone else will weigh in on third party dictionaries.

Finalement, en désespoir de cause, j’ai funté avec InDesign, en renommant mes dictionnaires (par ex grc_GR => bg_BG), j’ai substitué ce nouveau fichier à l’ancien dans le répertoitre bg_BG des dictionnaires. Désormais quand j’applique la langue bulgare à un texte en grec ancien, le bon dictionnaire est appliqué et la correction de l’orthographe, ainsi que la césure, peuvent se faire.

Néanmoins, je ne comprends pas pourquoi un ajout "propre" de dictionnaire fait planter InDesign 2023 ?
