Invisible Content in PDF Export

Hi - I have a layout that is not exporting to PDF properly (export depicted below). I'm not sure what's going on. I have read some other forum posts and tried some troubleshooting steps including:

1. Opening and closing InDesign and Acrobat;
2. Restarting my computer;
3. Ensuring there are no settings prohibiting the layers from printing;
4. Changing export settings to customized HQ print or Press Quality; 
5. Printing to PDF instead of exporting; 
6. Ensuring I am editing the correct page.
