Is it possible to anchor one text box to another?

I have a main text frame with the bodytext of the book. I also have small subtitles that go at the side of the bodytext. Is it possible to anchor these small subtitle text boxes to the main text frame on the page?

This is because if there are amdments to the body text it will cause the subtitles to be misplaced.
