Missing files in inDesign Publish Online

For some reason, I am missing a lot of my files on my publish online dashboard. I can still see the thumbnails of the projects but when I click on them there are just blank pages and an Error message. What has happened? How can I retrieve these files again?

Are you sure that all the Publish Online files have been created and saved using the same Adobe ID? If a colleague's Adobe ID (or a different Adobe ID that you use) was used to create the files, they would not appear in the dashboard.

    Please check the files here again: https://indd.adobe.com/dashboard, and confirm if you're logged in with the right Adobe ID.
