Missing system fonts/ map files - can't open application

"Error: Adobe InDesign is missing required system fonts or CMap files.  Please reinstall InDesign."

Hey, i started getting this error a couple of months ago and couldn't fix it.

I can open all Applications via finder or launchpad, but if i try to open it via the app on my desktop i get that error message. I tried deinstalling and reinstalling it, but that didnt help either.

Im using a Mac with macOS 12.0.1

The InDesign version is 18.1

I really dont know what to do, i hope you can help me.
