Needing to uninstall and reinstall to use InDesign

Hi there, 

Ever since updating to the latest version of InDesign, once I finish using InDesign by closing down the application, I'm unable to open it up again unless I uninstall it and reinstall it. 

I'm on an iMac with macOS 13.2.1. Is anyone else having this issue? How can I overcome this?

    As a first  step, try updating to the current version Ventura 13.5 and see if there's any change
