Package "dialogue" box is very wide

I'm on a new Mac, using InDesign 2023 and when I try to 'package' a file in Indesign the dialogue box that comes up is extremely wide. This just started happening and I can't figure out how to get it back to normal size. I have to package multiple files every day and this is driving me nuts.

Try restoring preferences in InDesign. If that doesn’t work, save your file as IDML then open that file and resave as INDD.
