paginated in indesing. --> Insert special character, bookmarks, Previous page number / Current page

Hello, good evening. I'm new to the community... I'm using Indesign to make a magazine. I need to know how to put the number of the left page and the right page on a right page... for example, I want it to appear like this: 12 | 13 on the right page.. I go to master pages, but when I put: "Bookmarks, previous page number", I get the same page number as the current one  12 | 12 ... could someone help me? thank you

Hola. Buenas noches. Soy nuevo en la comunidad... estoy usando Indesing para armar una revista. Necesito saber cómo tengo que hacer para poner el número de la página izquierda y de la página derecha en una sola página... por ejemplo, quiero que aparezca así: "12 | 13" en la página derecha.. Voy a páginas maestras, pero cuando pongo: "Marcadores, número de página anterior", me sale el mismo número de página que la actual... ¿alguien podría ayudarme? gracias

    Preious or next page number has nothing to do with the physical page. If you have a story which is linked on several pages, the next number is where the story follows, the previous number where the story comes from. 

    It is used the following way:

    1. You have a story which starts on cover page and is continued on page 4. (Only an example)
    2. You create a text frame, separate and not linked, with the following text "continues on page <NEXT PAGE NUMBER>"
    3. This text frame must touch the text frame of the story and it will now show "continues on page 4".
    4. If you move the page around or you insert a page before or you move the continuos text frame on anoter place, this marker will actualize to the current page where the article succeeds.

     

    For the other question I have no satisfying solution.
