Pasted items won't scale down

Hi All,

I have two documents, one A4 and one A5.

I have been copying and pasting the contents from the A4 doc into the A5 one and Ctrl + A scaling everything down to the right size.

This isn't working with 4 pages out of 100+, does anyone know why these pages won't scale when others will?
