Please - Urgent - Need Assistance Creating an InDesign Script

OK Scripting Gurus. Trying to create a script to place (Term -continued) at the top of each column of this index. Importing XML file which does not contain any of the continued headers and with time constraints would be helpful to have some automation. Paragraph style are Level 1 - Level 11 for tabular indents. Also tagged content.
