Problemas na exportação do trabalho

Ele estava funcionando normalmente, mas ontem fui exportar uma capa para jpg e pdf e não consegui.

Em JPG fica em branco, sem imagens e em PDF dá erro.

Já desinstalei e reinstalei e continua com o mesmo erro. Aconteceu de uma hora para outra.

Alguém pode me ajudar?

Derek. There are no errors. She was exporting normally. Even old jobs, which were already exported, are now blank in JPG and do not export in PDF, whatever the export configuration.
Answering your questions about machine settings and program version:
ID Version 18.1 64-bit
Windows 10

System type 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor


This might seem over-simple but it's worth a try – shut down the whole system, leave it for a few seconds then reopen it.

If that doesn't sort it, try resetting the InDesign preferences back to the factory defaults:
1) Close InDesign
2) Double click on Adobe InDesign's icon to launch it
3) QUICKLY hold down Ctrl+Alt+Shift. (for Windows) or CTL+OPT+CMD+Shift (for Mac OS X)
4) When a dialogue appears, asking you “Delete InDesign Preference Files?” Click Yes.
If you don't see the question repeat the procedure again.

It was usually working, but yesterday I went to export a cover to jpg and pdf, and I couldn't.

JPG is blank, without images, and in PDF there is an error.
In PNG I can export normally

I have uninstalled and reinstalled it and still have the same error. It happened from one hour to another.

Can someone help me?

Which version of InDesign and OS?
How much RAM and spare hard disk capacity do you have?

Presumably, there are no errors indicated in the pre-flight?

It might be worth resetting the InDesign preferences.

More than likely there's a corrupt image place in the Indesign document, you can try hiding or moving one image at a time to a layer that has "Print Layer" unchecked, then try exporting each time you do so until you find the culprit.
