Problems reinstalling InDesign

Mac OS10.13.6 / High Sierra
Because of problems with my Mac OS I have had to reinstall an older version.

I am subscribed to Adobe InDesign. I need to reinstall the software.

I have logged in to the Adobe web site; I select the button to "access apps and services";

When I click on that I got another window to log in again, and the log in window simply disappears as soon as I attempt to type anything.

I just need a link so that I can download software.

Can anyone help please?

You'll need to contact Adobe directly but I don't know if they're supplying those installers anymore. Is there a reason you're running such an old operating system?

Thanks Bob. I tried to contact Adobe directly but I received a message that they were closed and I should try here.

Having to run an old OS because I have been having major problems with later versions. Back to basics!

Sounds to me like you have a computer problem that should be addressed before you do anything else. Apple and Microsoft have made O/S upgrades very transparent. What are you system specs (check about this Mac under the Apple icon)

You'll need to log into the Adobe ID you're using for your subscription to InDesign. You'll need to contact Customer Support. We are just helpers here on the forum. Use this link:

https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html

Use the Chat link on the right side. Customer Service agents are able to give you a link to an older version of InDesign that will work with your operating system.
