Hi there,

Can anyone help? 

I am not able to publish online.

This is the message showed 'This service is not available because your account has been disabled. Contact customer support for further assistance'.

It's connected to your Adobe ID. Assuming you still have an active subscription, log out and back in again in the Creative Cloud desktop application.

Hi Barb,

Thank you for your reply message.

I have paid a new subscription today. It won't let me log into creative cloud desktop.

I was able to access Indesign via settings. Please see attached screenshot.
