Textumfluss wird nicht richtig dargestellt

Kann mir jemand helfen? Das Fenster Textumfluss wird einfach grau dargestellt. Ich habe keine Möglichkeit etwas einzugeben oder überhaupt zu lesen. es ist einfach ein graues Fenster. Auch wenn ich Optionen einblenden aktiviere. Was kann ich machen? Ich habe InDesign 2023 18.2.1 auf einem Mac installiert.

Try to reset preferences: quit InDesign and relaunch it while holding down the Shift, Ctrl, Alt and Cmd keys until you see a warning message asking for confirmation.

Does it also do that when you pull the panel out so it floats by itself?
